Consistently Clean Mixers​​

Using 108 precision-aimed nozzles delivering 1,000 PSI water, the Load & Go targets every part of the mixer—drum, hopper, chutes, fenders, discharge blades, and even the cab if desired.

Its PLC-controlled wash sequence and our patented Mixer Positioning System guide each truck through up to six automated wash stages, ensuring consistent, thorough cleaning for every load, every time.

Improves Safety

The wash down process is statistically the most dangerous part of a mixer driver’s job. The Load and Go allows the driver to safely remain in the cab during the washdown process. This eliminates exposure to slips, trips and falls related to this process and makes the job of operating a mixer truck a little easier.

Additionally, by keeping the mixers extremely clean with high-pressure water there is reduced need for dangerous chemicals benefiting drivers and equipment. Less residual buildup also means less chance for concrete debris to come loose while mixers are on the highway causing cracked windshields and other damage.

Creates Less Processed Water

The Load and Go uses high pressure to blast the material off the mixer vs. the single hose using high
volume to “flood” the build up until it washes away. Traditional manual washouts can take 5–10 minutes and use 150–600 gallons of water. With the Load & Go, you’ll complete a full wash in around a minute with only 45 gallons—dramatically reducing water waste and operating costs while keeping trucks cleaner than ever. The end result is 70-80% less processed water
hitting the ground on every load.

Reduce Wet Loads

By automating the washdown process, the Load and Go consistently adds 7-8 gallons of water to the mix. A batch operator can calculate desired water added to the mix for precise slumping. Takes the guess work out of how much water drivers add to the mix.
